How do I order?

Ordering is simple. Selected your product then click Cart Total in the upper left hand corner. On the next screen type in a discount code if you have one, if you don't click checkout now. You will now be transferred to the paypal page checkout page. Type in your paypal account or credit card details and continue. This is the important part, under shipping address you will see note to seller- type you minecraft In Game Name, or the Mob you want to be painted here. That's it!

Where is my product made and shipped from?

Your product is made and shipped from Chicago, Illinois (US). All shipping will be done from this location. If you happen to live in Chicago, we may be able to work out a local delivery for a cheaper price. Please contact us to work something like this out..

When will I get my product?

Your order will be shipped within ten business days of your order confirmation. Most of the time it will take less time than this, but if you have a very difficult skin or something similar it may take longer. We will email you once we've finished your project and will attach a photo to ensure you are pleased with it. Shipping is done by USPS and a tracking number is attached as well.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere on the globe, as long as you have an address. Please note that you pay for shipping, so international shipping can be extremely expensive. If you live somewhere aside from the USA and can find shipping for a cheaper price, don't hesitate to email us at [email protected] and we can work something out for you. We love to be as flexible as can be, so if you have any special requests please let us know.
